Wow! I didn't know you were AIESECer! This explains now why I felt some unexplainable bond with you since I've heard one of your speaches for the first time :) I joined AIESEC in Poland 2 years later (in 1997). And yes I admit it thought me a way more than studies. It was a great 5years, 2 internships (SriLanka & India) and with this sentiment in 2007 together with other friends we have created AIESEC Alumni Poland Association and there are a lot more Alumni organizations all around the world now. Maybe you can come with your wife and children to Budapest next year in April/May for European Regional Alumni Conference in Budapest? :) We would be very happy to have the Mindvalley as a Partner of the ERAC and other activities. I asked myself some important questions, and It made me realize that I partly treated a caterer unfairly. I’m a high-ranking chef at a university and I was told by a student employee that her coworker (let’s call him Terry) had been touching crew members too much. Not _that_ type of touch, just casual ones, like on arms or shoulders. He was always very outgoing and tactile at work. Still, I took him to my colleague’s office for a chat and told him he shouldn't touch anyone without consent. Just handshakes. I said we needed the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment, that he pretty much shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school. How he shouldn't tell his stories because they may be inappropriate to some degree to the other workers; funny to him only. I think he’s about 25, give or take. He seemed pretty quiet and uncomfortable during my speech. Answered a question or two with a nod and headshake. The only question he had for me was if anyone reported his touching; I said, "It doesn't matter." Maybe that was a bit rude. That day after work, I saw him being pulled out of the lake--with his eyes closed. I was so horrified. I could only hope he was unconscious. Some woman, who was being held in place by two strong people, was excitedly yelling, "Is he dead?! Is he dead?!" Turns out _she_ pushed him in the lake. Now, I _really_ don't want to go into detail, so I'm just gonna say she injured him in specific ways so that he couldn't swim back to the surface. According to the news, she tried to drown him because she hated his personality and unfiltered jokes and thought people's lives would be better without him. She even told him that before she pushed him in the water, so that he knew he was getting what he "deserved." Thankfully he was given CPR and taken to the hospital for treatment; he's gonna be okay. And that's just it. What if he hadn't? What if my last moment with him was in the office. I realized I may have gone a little too far too. Yeah, I was right about how he should be more filtered at work, and that the touching needed to be restricted for his coworkers’ comfort (and for him to be successful), but I should _not_ have spoken to him the way I did. I should _not_ have said to his boss (who was in the room with us too), “is there anything you want to add?” That was insensitive. I should _not_ have restricted him to handshakes and work/school conversations only. All or nothing isn't fair. I should _not_ have taken him to the office for a formal lecture. He didn't deserve that. He probably felt like a criminal in an interrogation room. Terry never meant any discomfort or harm. He only meant to joke around and have fun with his coworkers, not "make" them his "objects". I should’ve shown more patience and understanding and only given him a very brief and gentle talk in the hall---just me. Besides, it's perfectly natural to causally touch or tap people *without* it being creepy; maybe Terry deserved a right like that, within reason and limits so he didn't go over them and discomfort anyone. He is not like Dan Schneider...but I guess I treated him like the guy. When he recovers, I'm gonna tell him I'm sorry for being a bit too tough on him. That I mishandled the situation and could've done better. I was a jerk.

I’m a practicing a coach and I ask living in Japan. I want to help kids with somatic diseases , which caused by their parents way of thinking such as asthma, allergies, etc ( there are 7 or even 8 as a cancer was added). There’s a direct connection between the way of thinking and the type of disease. And the culture in Japan makes more Japanese kids struggling with asthma and allergies. And I know it comes from parents who should keep their emotions inside and as well as follow their parents “mean goals “ earning asthma as a somatic response to “not realising their own desires or “end-goals “

This was a great lesson and exercise. I can't wait to talk with some friends and do this with them. I know what I want to do but trying to explain it to others is always a challenge. This helped me clarify it more. Still a work in progress but I'm a few steps closer. A couple of my experiences are: Look for our similarities within our differences and to travel/life in different places in the world so I can immerse myself in the culture. A few growths: Connect with my heart & 3rd eye on a deeper level, Eat healthy foods with different flavor palettes, Keep my body flexible by learning fun movements (like yoga, qigong, tai chi). Lastly, Contributions: Visually show people how we are all connected, how we are similar to each other (foods, daily life, goals, etc...) and how we are similar to our world at a high level. Introduce someone to a new way of seeing... anything and everything... if they are open to it.

Vishen! Please pretty pretty pretty 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 please let us work for you!!! Mindvalley has saved my life over and over! You help me stay sober from a life long-addiction to selling and using heroin! At the age of 35 I got pregnant, mind you I never wanted kids and didn't have a maternal bone in my body, but it suddenly wasn't about me anymore. After years of filking the hole inside me with heroin and other illicit substances the hole was gone. I left my apartment and got into the local homeless shelter. That was 6.5 years ago. Cut to today where I no longer am torn down by the system that so terribly failed me and repeatedly made an example out of me. Showcasing my every pain and struggle on the front page of our small town newspaper and never even offering me rehab. I own a 250k dollar home, my car is a 2016 (that's good for me), I have a beautiful 5 yo daughter, Mikaiyah and a beautiful 2 year old son, Malyckai. I bust my butt working as a Certified Addictions Recovery Coach and Substance Use Disorder Counseler Intern. I am also in the beginning phases of starting an addiction recovery blog called Progressing, Not Perfecting. I help people every day. I have saved many lives as a harm reductionist. I work for a payrate that should be a crime and I work with the most difficult populace known to man. I am so so undervalued, underpaid, stigmatized daily, like they are hiring non certified coaches and paying them what I make after being there for almost 5 years. I created the program from the ground up, they even stole a pamphlet I made, had it reprinted as the same exact and I never even got a good going or w2g. I want out of this town that holds me back due to lack of opportunity, more than anything. I want to feel valued and appreciated for the hard work I put in. Part of what got me sober was my spiritual awakening, and I think I am on to something because I have turned several clients into believers and they are still sober! I am a mindvalley and lifebook member and I waited so so long to purchase my nembership because if the price, but I finally did it and just used a creidt card, and I couldn't be happier. What I have learned is not the stuff of books. Every struggle, emotion, unanswered question, loss or lack of direction is brought to two places for me... Mindvalley and Oculus Quest 2 VR Fitness app. Supernatural. This combination has worked so well for me, just as the 12 steos never did. I would leave my life, my house, my "jobs", in a split second to come work for Mindvalley. I have never known what it feels like to work for a place that I believe in. I hope all of you heros and life savers know just how lucky you are to work for such an amazing man in such a beautifully amazing place! I would give my pinky fingers to be a trash man at Mindvalley and that is NO exaggeration. It's been my dream. I've been manifesting it since I started the Silva Ultramind Method. I think there should be a lower priced part of mindvalley or maybe a non-profit part that runs on grants (I have experience writing grants, just saying) that works on things like serious addictions, grief and loss, homelessness, etc. It's like nobody realizes just how bad these issues are. I'm an empath that has lived through all of it, and I am one of the last people standing. I have lost everyone I cared about in the war on drugs and I was worse than all of them. I am one the last people standing for a reason. I have to make it count for something. That's why I started my blog, even though I had NO idea what I was getting myself into ir how much money it was going to cost ir how time consuming it would be teaching myself every aspect that I come upon and know nothing about. I believe I am much like Vishen in that way. I have to help people on the largest scale possible, all while still dealing with my own shit. Just trying to find my purpose, feel good and give my children a childhood they don't have to heal from. I know that nobody will probably ever see this and that's probably why of all places I chose to share it here, but its been out there in the ethers for awhile now and now I have at least put it out there for MV and SN. The lives we could save... It's a beautiful visualization. Trust me on this. Watch this video called everything you think you know about addiction is wrong by Johann Hari, www.ted.com/talks/johann_hari_everything_you_think_you_know_about_addiction_is_wrong?language=en email it to Vishen and tell me that he couldn't save them/us? I know he could because teamed with Supernatural he has. I am working on an article about just how for my blog. I'll let u know when it's published. PS. I just started it and I have no followers yet, but some day I hope to because I have been told by many that my story is inspirational and that people like me are like legends. Something you hear about but never encounter. Life long IV heroin user and dealer, 7 years sober in March! Wooooooo hoooooooooooo! I flipping love you all and THANK you for saving my life daily! Mwah!!!!

My top experiences would include to travel, socialize with new cultures, create infinite relationships and experience natural environments allowing growth through acquiring knowledge, develop compassion, nurture the spirit towards higher vibration and abundance transforming into an incredible better version of myself reaching quantum levels of living and sharing. In turn, my contributions will focus to help heal the planet and allow future generations to live in a more natural world by decarbonzing through helping replace polluting means with cleaner more sustainable ways of living and coaching others how to help themselves learn and implement resilient solutions. We can achieve this together and transform the planet creating the understanding of the purpose and incite passion for a practical collaborative betterment as a whole.
